Shipping in the Netherlands
Place your order before 18:00, and we guarantee same-day shipping via PostNL for next-day delivery. You'll receive a track-and-trace code to monitor your order's journey. However, please note, during the Christmas season in recent years, PostNL experiences high order volumes, leading to potential delays. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend ordering in advance as this situation is beyond our control.

Standard shipping Netherlands: 4,95. Order above €50 and use the code #MERRYXMAS for free shipping!
We are setting up shipping to Germany, Belgium and the England. For worldwide order, please get in touch with us via: hello@sticky-claws.com for a custom order! We'd love to go worldwide ofc!
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
When your order is placed, you'll receive a PostNL track-and-trace in your e-mail. We aim to inform you every step of the way and this is the fastest way to see where your order is!
Return & Exchange policy
Need to return your purchases? We've got you covered. You can initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Simply shoot us an email at hello@sticky-claws.com, detailing the reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs won't be covered by us and will be at your own expense.
For us to process your refund smoothly, we can only accept returns of unopened and undamaged products. Upon receipt, we'll reimburse the purchase amount within 10 working days.
Regrettably, we can't accept returns for incomplete or damaged items.
Kindly understand that Sticky Claws reserves the right to decline returned articles if they're not in brand new condition.
